Project Management Advisory Committee

The function of the Project Management Advisory Committee (PMAC) is to:

Operate as an advisory group for ongoing development of the Tasmanian Government project management methodology;
Identify examples of good practice project management, and other good practice as appropriate, within Tasmanian Government agencies and on a whole-of-government basis;
Provide advocacy for the application of the project management methodology across the Tasmanian Government; and
Provide linkages between cross agency and whole-of-government projects.
