Templates

In order to manage a project effectively some documentation is required. The actual amount of documentation required is primarily dependant on the size and complexity of the project. The Project Management Templates have been developed to support and capture the results of project planning processes. It is strongly recommended that wherever possible, input to this planning is obtained from a range of people such as business owner, project sponsor, steering committee members, key stakeholders, project manager and project team members, before the template is completed.

The templates have attached guides for their use and application, and should be modified to suit the particular requirements of the project.

Please note that the templates are in Microsoft Word template (.dot) format and have been optimised for duplex printing.

Very small projects

Small to medium projects

Provides a template and guide to assist in developing a project proposal which is usually the first document developed to introduce a project. It expands the initial concept or idea to broadly define the scope of the proposed project and provide an estimate of the resourcing, time and costs associated with progressing the initiative.
