Revenue and Receipt Document Guidelines

The purpose of the Tasmanian Government Revenue and Receipt Document Guidelines is to have an agreed set of standard layouts to guide the presentation of revenue and receipt documents issued by Tasmanian Government agencies.

The Guidelines are a resource for Tasmanian Government agencies to increase the efficiency of collecting revenue and increase the quality of customer service.

TMD in the Department of Premier and Cabinet have recently updated their revenue documents based on the Guidelines and have developed templates using Crystal Reporting for Finance One. These templates can be used by Tasmanian Government agencies and are available by contacting Greg Freeman at TMD on (03) 6270 5660.
