The Inter Agency Steering Committee (IASC) provides leadership and coordination of eGovernment related activities within the Tasmanian Government.

The IASC, comprising of a Deputy Secretary from each Tasmanian Government Agency, provides corporate leadership on whole-of-government policies and strategies in relation to information management and information systems, and high-level governance for relevant major projects within the Tasmanian Government, with an emphasis on those that involve two or more agencies.

The IASC is supported by the Inter Agency Policy and Projects Unit (IAPPU) within the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
