Getting Started in Project Management
Section 1 – Project Management – the Basics of the Tasmanian Government Project Management Guidelines (V6.0 - March 2005) identifies the key elements that should be applied in all projects, regardless of the size and complexity. The guidelines provide an overview of the essential components of a project management methodology, ie the ‘what’, ‘when’ and ‘why’.
