Introduction to Project Management Workshops

The Inter Agency Policy and Projects Unit (IAPPU), Department of Premier and Cabinet, runs regular project management information workshops throughout the year.

This information workshop aims to provide an introduction to:

This workshop will:

  • guide you through the resources available on the Tasmanian Government’s Project Management website
  • provide an opportunity to workshop a case study in groups using the Small Project Business Plan Template
  • outline the Project Management services offered to you by the Inter Agency Policy and Projects Unit.

Who will benefit the most?

People with no (or minimal) project management experience, eg
